Nomenclature used in that recommended by [89]. Common names of markers are shown along the branches whose lengths are uninformative with respect to time. The asterisk refers to the unresolved status of the paragroup beyond the specific polymorphism. Six markers shown in italic font were not genotyped but provide context.
