The user-friendly interface allows the user to select the desired input and output file formats by clicking within the rectangles (modules) composing the pipeline. The Web page includes a brief introduction to the pipeline with access to end-user documentation and a description of the basic steps needed to run the pipeline. A contact email address is provided in order to guarantee permanent user support.
