Y chromosome phylogeny of 223 male Norfolk Island individuals. Y-chromosomal SNPs were obtained from Illumina 610quad genotype data 12, 22 Y SNPs passed QC filters. Apart from one individual with haplotype E (defined by the P293 SNP; likely a recent founder), the remaining haplotypes are inferred to be of European origin. The Y chromosome SNPs defining the branching are displayed on the tree. There are 2 haplotypes within haplogroup F containing the P145 and P160 SNPs which we were unable to get enough resolution to accurately define, these are represented within the F branch and are coloured in yellow and green
